Setting the coastal table

Before the first guests arrive, the kitchen smells of lemon peel and warm bread. We carry plates into the garden while the shade still reaches across the tables.
The menu follows the market. Today there are small tomatoes, wild greens and sea bass. With good olive oil and a little salt, lunch needs very little else.
